Although my old beginners r9 fairway quite good to play with (except the driver there, which sucks), the new r11 set is a world of difference. Including the price.

I tried the G15, Superfast, 910F and the R11. It came down to the G15 and R11. After playing with the settings on the R11 I was hitting nice solid shots and the feel was great, enough to justify the extra money over the G15, this was a tough call. 2 weeks after picking it up I got my first eagle putt on a 516 yard par 5. The clubs is very predictable in flight and distance, slight left to right(5 yards) and 230 yards of carry. Great addition to my bag.

I have been so pleased with the R11 Fairway Wood that have so far exceeded my expectations! Your service and your artists are OUTSTANDING! just as advertised. After multiple outings to the driving range I was still hitting the ball far shorter than I had been previously with my Taylormade driver. I subsequently closed the face alot and tweaked my swing slightly, and voila. Straight and long virtually every time. Do not give up on this club, once you find the right face angle for you its one of the best drivers around.

The R11 Fairway was my favourite club when testing out all the latest 'white' range of TaylorMade woods. The low-profile white head looked better hitting a ball from the ground, in my opinion, than the drivers. I like to hit my fairway woods high, and with a simple adjustment of the sole plate, I was able to get the head sitting slightly open resulting in a higher, straighter ball flight. For a good golfer, r11 fairway is the best one.

Great club Picked up a 3 wood version of this 2 months ago. I had been struggling reaching par 5s in 2 with out a 3 wood in my bag. My 3 iron did not have the distance so I went out and tried out a handful of woods. I tried the G15, Superfast, 910F and the R11. It came down to the G15 and R11.
